Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is hiring an Electrical Superintendent for on-site leadership across multiple projects.

The role oversees the Field workforce, ensures safety, productivity, and cost control, and coordinates with union and non-union personnel under the IBEW framework. Responsibilities include managing schedules, reviewing construction drawings, and maintaining quality while adhering to CEI standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Certified Electrician preferred or required.
• OSHA 30 Certification is desired.
• NFPA 70E – Workplace Safety required or preferred.
• State Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site field workforce and ensure safety, productivity, and cost control.
• Coordinate with Local Union and on-site labor to meet project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with CEI standards and union agreements.
• Review project scope and drawings to plan execution.
• Drive quality and enforce CEI processes and procedures.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and progress updates.
