Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. seeks an Electrical Site Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for major projects. You will oversee all IBEW personnel, drive labor productivity, enforce cost control, and uphold health and safety standards in alignment with the Local Union Agreement.

A strong grasp of project scope, construction drawings, risk management and contract requirements is essential. You’ll direct scheduling, coordinate with trades, ensure quality, and communicate progress to

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction codes.
• Experience managing large teams in union and non-union settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site production personnel and ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Coordinate with Local Union office to meet union requirements under the agreement.
• Ensure accurate compensation for field employees per union and CEI standards.
• Lead safety, cost control, and productivity initiatives on site.
• Manage project scheduling and ensure adherence to budget and plan.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and executives.
