Job summary

The role emphasizes oversight of union and non-union crew on site, adherence to contract requirements, and strong leadership to drive safe, timely, and quality project execution.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification.
• NFPA 70E – Workplace Safety.
• State Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Production personnel on site, ensuring labor utilization aligns with project schedules.
• Collaborate with Local Union office to meet union standards and ensure on-site compliance.
• Manage safety protocols and enforce CEI health and safety standards.
• Coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure quality and contractual compliance across field operations.
• Provide regular on-site updates to stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
