Job summary

Cupertino Electric is seeking an Electrical Superintendent - Construction to lead the on-site production scope for multi-project electrical work. The role requires managing IBEW personnel, ensuring safety, productivity, and cost control while coordinating with onsite support teams and trade partners.

You will align labor, schedules, and project plans, ensuring compliance with local and CEI standards and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field leadership experience in a large-scale electrical contractor.
• Proven experience managing large teams in union and non-union settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; electrician certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification and NFPA 70E workplace safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site production scope and labor utilization, aligning with project schedules and budgets.
• Manage safety compliance and enforce CEI and union guidelines on site.
• Coordinate with Trade Partners to resolve scope and schedule challenges.
• Liaise with stakeholders and provide regular project updates and risk mitigation.
