Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site Production personnel and ensure safety, productivity, and cost control.
• Coordinate with Local Union office to comply with union agreements and labor standards.
• Ensure accurate compensation for all on-site employees per agreements.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource alignment to meet budgets and timelines.
• Maintain quality and compliance with CEI processes and contract requirements.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and facilitate issue resolution.
