Rex Moore is seeking a Field Engineer near Reno, NV to coordinate manpower, manage on-site materials, logistics, tools, and rental equipment. You will assist with field staff certifications and ensure QA/QC documentation is current.

Strong organization and communication skills are essential for project success. You’ll coordinate with subcontractors, support daily field activities, and participate in scheduling meetings while maintaining project documents and safety records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization skills; able to work in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
• Experience or strong interest in field coordination and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower onboarding and offloading on project sites.
• Manage on-site material, logistics, tools and rental equipment.
• Assist with QA/QC document management and safety records.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field personnel on activities.
• Prepare daily reports and participate in scheduling meetings.
• Ensure current project documents are uploaded and accessible.
