Job summary

Rex Moore Group, Inc. in Reno, NV is seeking a Full Time Electrical supervisor/foreman to lead field crews, coordinate with project management, and ensure safe, on-time completion of electrical work.

The role includes reading blueprints, scheduling materials, and enforcing NEC standards on a dynamic construction site. The candidate will have a high school diploma, a state electrical certification, and 5–10 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Holds a current General Electrical certification through the state, if applicable.
• At least 5-10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicates and coordinates work and activities with Project management team, GC, owner reps, crew members and other trades.
• Forecasts Training and order manpower, material, tool & equipment needs well in advance to ensure that the proper tools/equipment, materials, information, manpower & other requirements are on the project when needed.
• Proceeds with work via written and verbal instructions, plans, drawings & specifications.
• Coordinates and manages equipment rentals.
• Identifies, schedules and facilitates all jobsite related inspections.
• Documents and reports all disciplinary issues to HR and implements any actions or procedures as instructed by HR or supervisor.
