Job summary

Continental Electrical Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager to drive commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout on a Port Washington, WI jobsite.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and field coordination with the Superintendent and Foremen, while building client relationships and ensuring safety and quality. Requirements include 4+ years in project operations/PM and bonus credentials (CM/Engineering degree or CM certificate).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project operations/PM experience in commercial construction.
• Bonus: bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or CM certificate.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects $5M–$50M.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns to leadership.
• Create and manage the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage all project finance requirements including billings and cost control.
• Earn client trust through communication, collaboration and problem solving.
• Chair project meetings with customers for planning and updates.
• Coordinate materials across departments to ensure availability.
• Lead the team with clear communication and guidance.
