McKinstry is seeking an on-site Project Coordinator for the Electrical Construction team in Spokane, WA. You will support startup, administration, and closeout processes, manage documentation, and communicate across stakeholders to drive project success.

Ideal candidates bring organizational skills, construction administration experience, and a collaborative mindset to enable operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of administrative or business experience preferred.
• Prior construction administration experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete project reports and deliverables.
• Track change orders.
• Prepare and distribute bid packages.
• Maintain project documentation and organize network as requested by the Project Manager.
• Distribute documents to internal and external parties.
• Assist with / lead invoice substantiation process.
• Assist team with maintenance and archiving of project records.
• Assist with the creation of State specific documentation.
• Take direction to complete administrative tasks.
• Track the risk review process and maintain paperwork throughout a project.
• Organize network and hardcopy files.
• Assist with labor tracking and forecasting.
• Attend team meetings and ensure follow-up of actions.
• Take and publish meeting minutes as requested.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Facilitate informational vendor reviews.
• Manage flow of information to project management systems.
