Vylor, Inc. in Worthington, IN, is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead environmental, health, safety, and security programs at the production facility.

You will partner with site leadership, employees, contractors, and visitors to build and sustain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include conducting audits and line walks, managing EHS incidents with timely investigation and follow-up, maintaining records and permits, and developing the annual safety budget to

Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing/operations, agriculture, training, or safety experience or education.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to influence others without authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfort working outdoors and indoors in varied conditions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in safety, health, or related field.
• OSHA training Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate safety, health, environmental, and security programs at the site.
• Work with site leaders, contractors, and visitors to sustain a healthy safety culture.
• Identify, resolve, and document unsafe acts and conditions via walks and audits.
• Manage EHS incidents with proper response, reporting, investigation and follow-up.
• Ensure safety training requirements for staff and contractors are met.
• Maintain EHS records, permits, and compliance documentation.
• Develop and manage the annual safety budget for the site.
