Responsibilities

• Lead EHS team members by conducting monthly training sessions, audits, and meetings to promote awareness and continuous improvement in all EHS programs.
• Investigate workplace incidents using root-cause analysis (RCA) tools to identify underlying causes and implement robust corrective and preventive measures.
• Participate in injury and illness case management and return-to-work processes; RCA of events.
• Evaluate and monitor plant employees and on-site contractor compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform risk assessments of ergonomics, equipment, and processes to identify and mitigate hazards.
