Job summary

Haulotte NA Manufacturing is seeking an on-site Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator / HR Generalist in Archbold, Ohio. This role leads EHS programs, supports ISO 45001 initiatives, and provides HR-related assistance to the HR team, with a focus on safety training and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in EHS, at least five years of EHS experience in manufacturing, and familiarity with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with EHS specialty or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing ISO 45001 management systems.
• OSHA 10- and 30-hour course completion and certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS activities in workshop and warehouse.
• Identify and mitigate EHS risks.
• Maintain ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 programs and compliance.
• Define and maintain EHS Management Plan and reviews.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections (OSHA).
• Develop and deliver training on safety and policies.
• Partner with leadership on regulatory and safety requirements.
