Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is hiring an EHS Manager for a fully on-site role in Fairfield, OH. You will provide on-site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) support within a manufacturing environment, conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and ISO 45001/ISO 14001 compliance.

You will lead hazard identification, risk reduction initiatives, employee safety training, and corrective actions while coaching supervisors and managers on safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing EHS roles and OSHA compliance.
• Knowledge of LOTO, machine safety, hazard assessments.
• EHS certification and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct floor safety audits, hazard assessments, and safety observations to identify risks and support corrective action plans.
• Assist with incident investigations, OSHA compliance, LOTO programs, machine safety, and emergency response initiatives.
• Provide EHS guidance and training to employees and leadership while maintaining safety documentation and ISO 45001/ISO 14001 compliance.
