Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in safety, environmental, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and applicable regulations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and employee training skills.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, audits, inspections, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental, and company requirements.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training, new hire onboarding, and ongoing safety awareness initiatives.
• Conduct facility inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
• Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, training documentation, and regulatory compliance reports.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Support Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and HazCom programs.
