Location: Downers Grove, Illinois Pay Rate: $31 - $36/hour Shift: Days Hours: To be discussed. Availability to flex between shifts as needed, with possible weekends. Good attendance and punctuality required. Requirement: Strong attendance and punctuality are essential. Employees must remain in position for a minimum of one year and successfully complete a 90-day evaluation period.
As an EHS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in creating and maintaining a safe, compliant, and engaged workplace. You will partner with site leadership and employees to strengthen safety programs, drive regulatory compliance, reduce workplace risks, and promote a culture where safety is a shared responsibility. Through training, investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, you will help ensure operational excellence while protecting our people and workplace.
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout the facility. Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to use computers and office equipment for extended periods. Ability to perform inspections, audits, investigations, and training activities throughout the facility. Occasionally bend, kneel, and stoop.
Manufacturing and office environment. Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and oils typical of food manufacturing facilities. Minimal travel may be required.
Total pay may include other forms of compensation. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
