Job summary

HCA Florida Mercy Hospital is seeking an EHR Support Analyst 2 to serve as an onsite clinical IT resource, leading the facility's core clinical systems team and supporting a broad set of clinical applications.

You will provide second-level support, manage facility dictionaries, develop training materials, and drive testing and implementation of new modules, while ensuring security and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One to three years’ experience in clinical application support or related clinical work experience.
• Licensing or credentials within specific clinical specialty preferred, if available.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, if applicable.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite clinical IT activities for facility.
• Provide second level support for incidents and requests.
• Manage facility dictionaries and customize division policies.
• Develop training materials and deliver hands‑on training.
• Lead facility-based implementations of clinical applications.
• Coordinate reporting requests and validate results.
• Promote system security and patient confidentiality.
