Medstation in South Florida is seeking an IT Support Assistant to join the clinic operations backbone. You will own first-line support for EHR/EMR systems, maintain clinical hardware, and resolve connectivity issues to keep patient care seamless.

On-site role requiring fluency in Portuguese and English, with a focus on healthcare IT and data privacy. You will work closely with clinic leadership and the tech team in a fast-growing network of facilities.

Formación

• Associate degree or ongoing IT/CS coursework required.
• Interest in healthcare technology and HIPAA knowledge.
• Basic networking knowledge: IP addressing, Wi-Fi, routers and switches.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English for daily cross-language support.
• In-person availability in South Florida with local clinic travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line IT support for clinic staff on EHR/EMR platforms.
• Maintain and deploy desktop hardware and peripherals across reception and exam rooms.
• Troubleshoot local network issues including Wi‑Fi and VoIP phones; escalate as needed.
• Protect patient data and ensure HIPAA-compliant security practices.
• Document issues and track resolutions; manage inventory across sites.
