Job summary

Tutored by Teachers (TbT) is seeking a Ground Support Contractor to join our on-site team across Detroit-area schools. You will help students log into the TbT platform, troubleshoot tech issues, and support classroom logistics during tutoring sessions.

The role requires former classroom experience, strong technology skills with Chromebooks/iPads, and proficiency in Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. Travel to multiple sites and dependable collaboration with TbT staff are essential.

Qualifications

Former classroom teacher or classroom experience.
Ability to troubleshoot tech issues quickly, especially with Chromebooks and iPads.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.

Responsibilities

Support students in logging into Tutored by Teachers platform.
Troubleshoot technical issues during setup or use.
Provide on-the-ground support to students and teachers for smooth program implementation.
Collaborate with school staff to address technology or classroom management issues.
Communicate with TbT Partner Success Managers about engagement progress.
Ensure classroom technology (laptops, tablets) is functional and ready for use.
