Tutored by Teachers in Detroit is seeking a part-time Ground Support Contractor to help classrooms run smoothly. You’ll assist students logging into the TbT platform, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and support classroom logistics on-site at Detroit-area schools.

Ideal candidates are former classroom teachers with strong technology skills who can communicate clearly with students and school staff. You should be able to travel between sites, and commitment during school hours is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support students in logging into Tutored by Teachers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during platform use.
• Provide on-the-ground support to students and teachers to ensure smooth implementation.
• Collaborate with school staff to address technology or classroom management issues.
• Communicate with Tutored by Teachers Partner Success Managers about engagements.
• Ensure classroom technology (laptops/tablets) is functional and ready for use.
