Job summary

Optum is seeking a per diem On-site EAP Counselor in Apple Valley, California. This role is responsible for delivering onsite clinical services, including assessments, referrals, and crisis intervention. Candidates should have a master’s degree in behavioral health and valid license in California.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Current, unrestricted LPC, LCSW or LMFT license at the independent practice level in CA.
• Demonstrated ability to work onsite and travel to different locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and solution-focused counseling.
• Provide crisis intervention and management support.
• Assist with development of workplace policies.
