Qualifikationen

• Licensed behavioral health professional with clinical licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience.
• Experience providing employer-related consultations in a workplace setting.
• Knowledge of facilitating CISMs, trainings and presentations.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Ability to partner with employer leadership and work independently with ComPsych.

Aufgaben

• Provides short-term counseling, including crisis intervention for individuals at the work-site.
• Facilitates referral into the benefit plan or community resources.
• Responsible for employee-related consultations for behavioral health issues at the workplace.
• Supports Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) debriefings.
• Provides employee/management orientations regarding the EAP services.
• Delivers training and lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.
