Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an on-site Behavioral Health Specialist to deliver counseling, crisis support, and care coordination for airline employees. You will conduct assessments, provide short-term counseling, and coordinate referrals to appropriate services while aligning with corporate wellness goals.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, professional licensure, and collaboration with HR and leadership. The position requires a master’s degree in behavioral health and current licensure

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW/LMFT/LCPC or psychologist).
• 2+ years experience in substance abuse treatment; SAP certification or willingness to obtain.
• CISM training or certification, or willingness to become certified.
• 3+ years of direct clinical experience in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site consultation and counseling to airline employees.
• Conduct initial assessments and triage for mental/behavioral health needs.
• Deliver short-term individual counseling on diverse issues including mental health and lifestyle management.
• Coordinate referrals for treatment and connect with benefits and EAP offerings.
• Lead trainings/workshops and support health promotion initiatives at the worksite.
