Acentra Health is seeking an on-site Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Clinician in Santa Teresa, NM for a full-time role serving a large government agency. The licensed clinician will provide a full range of EAP services to employees, managers, and the organization, with an emphasis on counseling and crisis response.

The position requires a current independent license in NM, a 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 8 AM–5 PM), and occasional travel for site visits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NM behavioral health license or in final stages with licensure within six months.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional EAP/mental health experience.
• Ability to pass a federal security clearance (background check, fingerprinting).

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of EAP services to employees, managers, and organization.
• Deliver direct counseling and crisis response services as needed.
• Refer clients to treatment services and community resources.
• Maintain caseload and client records per policy and HIPAA rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
• Adhere to all clinical, privacy, and security protocols.
