Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, systems engineering, or IT.
• Active Secret clearance and CCNA/IAT Level II certifications.
• Hands-on Cisco enterprise networking experience (IOS/IOS-XE, L2/L3).
• Strong knowledge of VLANs, trunking, STP, routing, IPv4/subnetting, and OSPF/EIGRP/BGP.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and validate Cisco configurations for complex WAN/BAN environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco IOS/IOS-XE Layer 2/3 networks, VLANs, trunking, STP, EtherChannel, and inter-VLAN routing.
• Analyze networks and understand effects of changes beyond templates.
• Create and maintain network configuration documentation and baselines.
• Perform configuration validation and peer reviews to ensure accuracy for implementation.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to improve network reliability and automation.
• Support network automation and configuration management initiatives.
