Job summary

ALTiQ AI Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Document Imaging / Scanning Specialist for a 4-5 month on-site records digitization project in Lacey, Washington.

You will prepare paper records for scanning, operate high-speed document scanners, perform batch scanning and indexing, review image quality, and support organization and security procedures for confidential records. Anticipated start is late November 2026, with Monday–Friday daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of document imaging, records digitization, indexing, electronic records management, or similar experience.
• Experience operating document scanners.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic PDF/file-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Lacey, WA.
• Ability to lift approximately 30 lbs.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and onboarding.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare paper records for scanning.
• Operate high-speed document scanning equipment.
• Perform batch scanning and document separation.
• Apply required file naming/indexing procedures.
• Review scanned files for image quality, completeness, and orientation.
• Rescan/correct exceptions as necessary.
• Handle confidential records according to established security procedures.
• Support document organization and records-management activities.
