Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, seeks a Document Control Specialist at the Devens, MA site. You will own controlled documentation and manage the training program to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Working with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain, you will connect document changes to training needs, drive improvements, and support internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on document control in regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating or supporting training programs.
• Experience with electronic document/quality management systems.
• Understanding how document control links to regulatory compliance.
• Clear, professional communication with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Independent worker with ownership mindset.
• Comfortable supporting internal and external audits.
• Continuous-improvement mindset to strengthen processes.
• Collaborative, service-oriented attitude.
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments (medical, aerospace, pharma, etc.).
• Familiarity with linking document changes to training requirements within a formal quality system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and availability of controlled documentation across the Devens site.
• Manage document control and training systems to support audits and quality.
• Coordinate documentation and training with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Serve as Site Training Coordinator to keep training current and audit-ready.
• Link document changes to training needs to smoothly implement updates.
• Support internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Provide guidance to SMEs and document owners for compliant docs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive timely reviews and approvals.
• Collaborate with Quality & Compliance Manager as site expert.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Support customer trust with high-standard documentation and training.
