Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, a member of the Spirax Group, is seeking a Quality Technician in Devens, MA. You will lead testing, monitor processes, and drive CAPA and QMS improvements to ensure customer quality standards are met.

You will analyze quality data, support audits, and maintain documentation in a clean room manufacturing environment, with a competitive hourly salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality testing procedures across manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze quality data and identify trends, CAPA opportunities.
• Experience supporting internal and supplier audits and maintaining QMS records.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing procedures to ensure products meet customer quality standards.
• Monitor processes per approved procedures and test methods.
• Analyze data, identify nonconformances, and support CAPA implementation.
• Manage nonconformances and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Maintain ISO 9001 QMS documentation and calibration records.
• Coordinate change controls and support internal audits and supplier quality activities.
