B.H. Inc. is hiring a Divisional EHS Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah, to translate OSHA and client safety standards into daily field results for our Site Development and Concrete division.

The role reports to division leadership and the corporate EHS Director and works full-time on-site. The position focuses on implementing standards, conducting audits, training verification, and driving a proactive safety culture across projects, with travel within Utah and nearby states.

Qualifications

• Willingness to visit job sites regularly.
• Ability to coach mid-level management on safety expectations.
• Balance on-site work with reporting and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement OSHA standards, client safety standards, BHI policies, and SOPs across your assigned division.
• Conduct site visits and audits to verify standards are followed in the field.
• Verify field training, including forklift, competent person, and fall protection training.
• Drive incident reduction and a proactive safety culture through consistent auditing.
• Meet with mid-level management on daily tasks and delegations.
• Track progress against the Mission Essential Task List (METL).
• Complete reporting and documentation that confirm safety standards are in place.
