Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Assistant Safety Manager to support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) operations for construction activities in Eagle Mountain, Utah. This field-based role works closely with the Safety Manager, project leadership, contractors, and client representatives to promote world-class safety performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Certification is required.
• Current First Aid, AED, and CPR certification.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital safety platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits.
• Support incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Assist with JHAs, AHAs, and pre-task planning.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety trainings.
• Maintain safety records, permits, and training documents.
• Collaborate with project leadership, contractors, and clients on safety objectives.
