Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility. The role is on-site in Hope Hull, AL, and requires troubleshooting, repairing, and improving electrical and control systems across the plant.

The ideal candidate will perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance, work with automated equipment, and use SAP/CMMS for documentation while prioritizing safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety, LOTO practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and motor controls.
• Perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Utilize SAP/CMMS to document work orders and equipment history.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
