Adams, Inc. is seeking an on-site Dispatcher in Elkhorn, WI to coordinate daily technician schedules, manage on-call assignments, and ensure timely arrivals. You will communicate with customers and field staff, resolve scheduling issues, and oversee purchase orders and maintenance visits for membership customers.

The role requires prior dispatching/scheduling experience and proficiency with ServiceTitan and MS Office. Excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatching/scheduling, preferably in HVAC/plumbing/electrical.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with dispatching software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on priority and availability.
• Route technicians efficiently to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
• Update schedules in ServiceTitan and communicate with customers and field staff.
• Manage purchase orders, materials, and maintenance visits for members.
• Assist CSRs with scheduling questions and handle overflow calls.
