Nextech in Sun Prairie, WI is seeking a Dispatcher to be the linchpin between our field teams and customers. You’ll coordinate schedules, manage service requests, and keep technicians and clients aligned with urgency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch or service operations preferred.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real-time dispatch boards and technician schedules.
• Communicate service updates and schedule changes to technicians and management.
• Track service history, updates, and customer communications in the system.
• Coordinate daily schedules for efficiency, accuracy and timely completion.
• Verify technician check-ins/outs and IVR compliance.
• Ensure technicians have parts and POs needed to complete jobs.
• Provide support to internal teams and customers with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to schedule new calls.
