Aramark Nexus is hiring a Dining Hall Manager to lead Caprock dining operations near Mobeetie, Texas, with on-site housing and meals provided for the role. The manager will oversee a high-volume operation, manage two Assistant Managers, and ensure safety, quality, and guest satisfaction across seven days.

The role requires 3–5 years in food service with supervisory experience and a track record of managing payroll, labor, and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of food service, dining or hospitality experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in food service.
• Experience leading employees in a high-volume dining environment.
• Experience managing payroll, labor, budgets, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining hall operations focusing on service, quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and guest experience.
• Lead and develop two Assistant Managers with clear expectations and accountability across the operation.
• Supervise, coach, and support frontline dining employees while building a high-performing team.
• Manage payroll, labor, operating expenses, and assigned budgets.
• Monitor labor and operating performance and adjust as needed based on business and service needs.
• Manage food service supplies and inventory, including ordering, receiving, storage, inventory levels, and cost controls.
• Coordinate meal periods, production, service levels, and guest needs with culinary leadership.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and Aramark operating standards.
• Maintain staffing and leadership coverage across a seven-day operation.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and development of dining employees.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence throughout the dining hall and step in when needed.
