Job summary

Aramark Nexus is hiring an Assistant Retail Manager for CapRock Workforce Community, located outside Pampa, Texas. This full-time role includes on-site housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits, supporting retail operations in a residential workforce setting.

You will lead daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, purchasing, and POS processes while training staff and ensuring policy alignment. Housing and meals are included, with strong growth potential within Aramark Nexus.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–4 years of retail, store operations, customer service, merchandising, inventory, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the assigned retail location in alignment with Aramark policies and client expectations.
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, ticketing, stocking, and distribution.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and product availability.
• Assist HR and leaders with hiring, staffing, scheduling, and payroll budgeting.
• Ensure staff are trained on service standards, product knowledge, and POS procedures.
• Support opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
