Job summary

Aramark Nexus seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily dining operations near Hereford, TX. The role involves front-of-house service, residential dining, and supervising hourly staff in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in food service or hospitality leadership preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food and beverage operations across dining concepts.
• Coach and schedule hourly staff with clear performance expectations.
• Coordinate meal periods and staffing with leadership.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Monitor guest dining experience and address issues promptly.
• Manage labor, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
• Use data and trends to improve efficiency and performance.
• Train staff on service standards and procedures.
• Foster positive, service-focused culture and accountability.
• Support special events, catering, and changing meal volumes.
