Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Digital Transformation Process Architect to design, optimize, and scale operational workflows across facilities portfolios. You will translate business requirements into technology-enabled process blueprints, bridging operations and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes mapping as-is to to-be processes, standardizing workflows, and ensuring scalable, integrated solutions with IWMS, CMMS, IoT, and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Technology Integration, MIS, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of process design, business analysis, or operations consulting experience.
• Proven ability to model complex workflows and translate needs into structured architectures.
• Experience in cross-functional, enterprise-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Map operational processes and design standardized to-be workflows leveraging digital platforms.
• Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities within facility management and corporate real estate services.
• Create end-to-end process blueprints, swimlanes, and BPMN 2.0 models.
• Collaborate with Digital Deployment Engineers to align configurations with designed workflows.
• Translate processes into technical specs, user stories, and data-flow requirements for engineering teams.
