Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect & DevOps Manager to design enterprise cloud solutions and lead deployment automation within JLL Technologies' Enterprise Data Platform. This role focuses on Azure and AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC, delivering scalable, secure infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

You will lead a team, drive GitOps with ArgoCD, establish reliability standards, and partner with data engineering and security teams to raise the bar

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Cloud Architecture, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience defining and implementing disaster recovery strategy (RTO/RPO).
• Deep hands-on CI/CD expertise (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Strong hands-on ArgoCD/GitOps experience.
• Broad Azure and AWS experience (networking, identity, storage, messaging).
• Proven Kubernetes (AKS) experience, including multi-tenant clusters.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end network segmentation across cloud and on‑prem.
• Strong IaC experience (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation).
• Cloud security and IAM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise cloud solutions across Azure and AWS.
• Lead deployment automation and CI/CD practices.
• Drive GitOps adoption using ArgoCD for declarative deployments.
• Lead IaC strategy across Azure and AWS with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation.
• Manage shared Kubernetes clusters with multi-tenancy and RBAC.
• Establish observability and reliability standards for global services.
• Collaborate with data engineering, security, and networking teams.
