Job summary

Cheil USA is seeking a Digital Project Manager for Web and ShopApp Operations to keep cross-division web and app pages moving from intake to launch. You’ll coordinate with stakeholders, page owners, authors, publishers, QA, creative and tech partners to drive high-visibility pages on AEM and ShopApp.

You will bring order to intake, requirements, approvals, and handoffs, using data to identify demand, dependencies and risks before delays occur.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital project management or web/content ops.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Working knowledge of JIRA and enterprise workflow tools.
• Experience supporting digital experiences on web and/or mobile app platforms.
• Comfort with spreadsheets to organize operational data and communicate trends.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong follow-through.
• Ability to work on-site in Plano, Texas, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Run cross-division page requests on AEM and ShopApp from intake through execution, review, approval, and launch.
• Clarify requirements before work starts, including objectives, platform, content, assets, timing, and approvals.
• Coordinate delivery across teams and time zones with clear handoffs.
• Keep JIRA accurate with status, owners, due dates, dependencies, blockers, and decisions.
• Manage readiness for launch and track pre- and post-launch validation through to closure.
• Report and plan with data: demand, throughput, aging, blockers; present findings with clear assumptions.
• Identify recurring friction and document workflows to support onboarding.
