Job summary

ATCOM is seeking an experienced Online Project Manager to coordinate the full lifecycle of digital projects across UX, design, front- and back-end development, testing and delivery. You will guide client meetings, translate requirements into specifications, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with IT, UX, design, and digital marketing teams, manage timelines, budgets and risks, and communicate clearly with clients and vendors to boost satisfaction and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of web project management experience in large scale web projects, preferably e-commerce.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Project Management Certification from an accredited institution would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of an online project through all stages of UX, design, front and back-end development, testing and delivery of the final product.
• Participate in meetings with clients and guide them through all required steps (present plans and deliverables, explain processes, keep meeting minutes).
• Efficiently communicate with clients and third party vendors, through all available channels and increase client satisfaction through mutual trust relationships.
• Understand business needs, in various business sectors and consult clients on their digital transformation journey.
• Translate clients needs and decisions taken to the production team by authoring a thorough specification document.
• Possess a deep understanding of web development processes in terms of strategy and design through to development and related technologies.
• Lead the production process of offered solutions by working with IT, UX, Design, Development and Digital Marketing teams.
• Generate periodic project status reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application to client’s projects.
