Frank Darling is a female-founded fine jewelry brand seeking a Diamond Jewelry Sales Specialist to join on-site in Los Angeles. You will guide clients through diamond selection, translate inspiration into design, and deliver a confident, personalized buying experience from first hello to final sparkle.

Responsibilities include advising on the four Cs, differences between lab-grown and natural diamonds, and ring selection details while partnering with the house gemologist.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles and trends.
• Empathy and professionalism in client interactions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound calls, chats, and emails.
• Guide clients through stone selection and ring purchases.
• Provide feedback on diamonds and make real-time recommendations.
• Explain four Cs and differences between lab-grown vs natural diamonds and Moissanite.
• Advise on ring selection details and wedding band choices.
• Source and present diamonds with the house gemologist.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships as primary sales contact.
• Meet sales goals and close sales efficiently.
