Hydrogen Group is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist in San Diego, on-site for a 6-month contract. You will deliver high-quality end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and meeting technologies, ensuring smooth operation across the organization for executives, VIPs, and staff.

Formación

• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented technical support role.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate IT environment.
• Familiarity with networking basics (Wi-Fi, VPNs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for the core systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Meet SLAs and customer satisfaction targets.
• Communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document support activities and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
