You will maintain the knowledgebase, manage tickets, and participate in ITIL-aligned processes. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Security+ are required; a Microsoft Desktop certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security+ certifications required.
• U.S. citizen and able to pass a government background check.
• Vaccination status documentation may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tier I–III help desk and on-site/remote support.
• Develop and update a knowledgebase for Help Desk staff.
• Perform hardware stress tests and diagnose computer components.
