Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-demand, on-site IT support for enterprise clients in the Vero Beach area. This contract-based role requires hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting, OS maintenance, and basic network fixes at client locations.

The ideal candidate will respond to service requests, follow security procedures, and communicate effectively with the service delivery team. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

Experience providing on-site IT support to end-users.
Comfort troubleshooting Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Basic networking knowledge for LAN issues.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support at client locations.
Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Assist with network connectivity issues and LAN troubleshooting.
Document activities and communicate updates to the service team.
