Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, OS, and enterprise apps.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN problems.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures on-site.
