Job summary

Worldwide TechServices in Massachusetts seeks a Dynamic PC Support professional to troubleshoot desktops and laptops, interact with clients, and deliver timely service. You may support desk-side applications and infrastructure while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include handling service calls, meeting customer satisfaction goals, and maintaining accurate reports and documentation. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent, 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA for each client.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete all administrative tasks documented in policies.
• Provide real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow established policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and in a timely manner.
• Comply with safety policies in daily work.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
