Job summary

Motrex LLC in Manchester, IA is seeking a Desk Side Support Technician to deliver day-to-day break-fix IT support for the enterprise user community. This on-site role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and the ability to work across IT groups to keep operations running smoothly.

You will diagnose and repair PC hardware and software, image devices, manage deployments, and maintain CMDB records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience supporting Enterprise PC environments.
• Proficient with Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with printers/scanners and device imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face, phone and online break-fix IT support.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and image desktops, laptops, peripherals, and Zebra printers/scanners.
• Document activities in CMDB and coordinate with other support groups.
• Occasionally perform after-hours troubleshooting and repairs.
• Support plant-floor IT issues and on-site operations.
• Ensure proper change and incident documentation.
