Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation in Washington, DC seeks a Deputy Program Manager to supervise section supervisors, coordinate daily activities, and ensure compliance with PWS requirements.

This on-site role requires an associate degree, five years of management experience, NASA clearance, and a valid driver’s license. You will oversee scheduling, training, onboarding, and coordination with the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in business or related field; may substitute education for extensive experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of management or supervisory duties with at least three (3) years in facilities, property management, logistics, and/or administrative support.
• Must obtain and maintain a NASA clearance, equivalent to a Public Trust.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no major reportable incidents on record.
• Experience working in the NASA environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work in each PWS area.
• Manages and provides support to the section supervisors.
• Monitors Quality Control ensuring resources to meet PWS requirements.
• Inspects daily operations for regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Ensures scheduling and employee assignments are executed effectively.
• Monitors and tracks personnel training, ensuring licenses and certifications are current.
• Assists with onboarding, site orientation, and ID/Badge issuance.
• Creates and maintains schedules and resource management of executive drivers.
• Supports the Program Manager as needed.
