Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking a Dealership Software Specialist to join the IT team onsite at our Salt Lake City corporate office. You will diagnose and resolve software issues, oversee CRM systems, and provide training and support to dealership staff.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to troubleshoot multiple CRM and related software challenges, and travel to dealerships as needed.

Qualifications

• High level knowledge of CRM programs Tekion and Deale.
• Familiar with related software such as Cox Automotive, RouteOne, ManageEngine and AutoIPacket.
• Strong written and verbal communication to log and resolve issues.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven diagnosis.
• Ability to train and support users and coordinate with third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee support requests and troubleshoot CRM issues.
• Perform timely user administration and log all service requests.
• Log and update tickets, track progress.
• Gather data to diagnose CRM problems and coordinate with 3rd party support.
• Assist with conversions and acquisitions setups.
• Travel to dealerships as needed.
