Element Partners, LLC, in Salt Lake City, seeks an experienced Automotive Controller to lead the dealership's accounting team. You will oversee month-end closes, financial statements, and compliance, driving accuracy across contracts, receivables, inventory, and floor plans.

You will mentor staff, ensure timely payroll and AP, and collaborate with the GM and managers to boost profitability while coordinating with CPAs for audits and tax filings.

Competenze

• 3+ years as Controller or Office Manager in a franchised auto dealership.
• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting, factory statements, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with major DMS (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; dealership experience considered.

Element Recruiters is partnering with a respected, growing dealership group in the Salt Lake City area to find an experienced Automotive Controller. This is a key leadership role for an accounting professional who knows dealership financials inside and out and wants to work with a stable, well-run organization that invests in its people.

What You\'ll Do
