Job summary

Circle K is seeking an On‑Site Distribution Center Manager to serve as the company’s operational lead inside a McLane distribution center. You will oversee receiving, inventory, picking, loading, dispatch, and delivery performance from an on‑site perspective.

Based in Minneapolis, MN, you will monitor route plans, driver coverage, equipment, and costs, identify issues before they affect stores, and drive corrective actions with McLane leadership while maintaining hands‑on presence on the DC

Qualifications

• 3‑7+ years of distribution, transportation, logistics, or 3PL operations experience.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and identify root causes.
• Strong Excel/data‑analysis capability and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site and maintain significant floor presence.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operational Oversight.
• Monitor receiving, inventory, picking, loading, dispatch, transportation, and delivery performance.
• Review Circle K volume, route plans, staffing levels, driver coverage, equipment availability, and constraints.
• Identify service failures early and work with McLane leadership on recovery plans.
• Maintain visibility into permanent driver staffing and travel‑driver usage.
• Escalate issues with clear ownership, dates, and expected results.
